I'm not sur...An interesting subject for a book. I'm not sure what the laws are here, but I can still remember one case where a woman was dying after a childbirth in which she had bled too much. She needed a transfusion or she would die and these two weren't born to the religion. The husband decided, while his wife was unconscious, to allow the transfusion.
